Move-In!!! After your application is approved we will setup an appointment to sign lease and collect deposit. Pro-rated rent for the first month will be charged at move-in. Move-in must occur within two weeks of deposit receipt and lease signing. Once the move-in conditions have been meet you will receive your keys and move in!
